1 General

  CL-YBM1-12 / 0.4-630 and CL-YBM1-12 / 0.4-1250 high / low voltage prefabricated substation is a combination of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low voltage electrical equipment, which can complete voltage conversion and power protection, control, distribution and other functions independently. These are widely used for urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, parks, residential areas, small and medium factories, mines , oil fields and other temporary sites.

   Products meet IEC 62271-202-2006 standards.

3 Structure

3.1 This product is composed of a high voltage power distribution device, a transformer and a low-voltage power distribution device, which is divided into a high voltage cubicle, a transformer cubicle and a low voltage cubicle. The high voltage side primary power supply system can be arranged into ring network power mode, terminal power supply mode, dual power supply mode, etc, which also can install high voltage metering element. The transformer cubicle can choose the Oil-Immersed transformer or dry type transformer; The transformer cubicle is equipped with a self- starting forced air cooling system and lighting system.  

3.2 The design of the high voltage and the low voltage cubicle is reasonable and compact, which is convenient to operate and maintain. The high-voltage switchgear with the function of preventing the mistake operation interlocking. According to customer requirements, the transformer from orbit easily move into and out of the transformer cubicle door, whose door is equipped with a labyrinth type ventilation device. Every cubicle is equipped with automatic lighting device. The cover of substation is double insulation structure.

3.3 According to different environment condition, different structure and materials would be adopted. Substation enclosure could be adopted with ordinary steel plate, stainless steel aluminum alloy plate, composite color steel plate and other materials, after part or all surface processed, it can endure long-time outdoor harsh condition, ensuring the anti-corrosion, waterproof and dust-proof performance.

The basic structure can be divided into three types: ordinary steel plate cabinet substation; high anti-corrosion stainless steel plate or aluminum alloy plate cabinet substation; composite steel insulation cabinet substation.

  It adopts feeding and outgoing line is cable type, it’s also can adopt overhead outgoing type.
