1 General

1.1  MNS low voltage withdrawable type switchgear panel is used for power distribution system, power receive, etc. with three-phase AC 50(60)Hz, rated voltage 660V, rated current 4000A and below, three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system.

1.2  Application: applicable in power center(PC)and motor control center(MCC) of power station, substation, industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings etc.

1.3  Standards: IEC 61439-2.

 2 Technical parameter

  The basic frame of switchgear cabinet is assembled by bar steel that is connected and fixed by self-locking screws, then adding corresponding doors, sealing board, clapboard, mounting bracket, busbar, function units, etc. in accordance with various requirement of plans, finally the whole cabinet will be assembled completely. All structure inside is zinc-galvanized, alternatively which can be made of Aluminum coated zinc plate, and modular installation is available(1E=25mm).The panel of cabinet is made of high quality steel plate and processed by CNC machine tools, and the surface is treated by electrostatic spray after pickling and phosphating. It has resistance to abrasion and corrosion, and great mechanical strength, at the same time, the  earthing continuity is reliable.

3、Construction feature

  Switchgear cubicles can be divided into function unit cubicle, busbar cubicle and cable cubicle, every unit’s function and effect is independent relatively and there are metal plates and fire-retardant plates to separate different areas strictly, which ensures security and prevent the spread of accident.

  Horizontal busbar use flat mounting, reducing the electrical stress and thermal stress effectively. There are five specifications for busbar section: 2（30X10）、2（60X10）、2（80X10）、2（100X10）、4（60X10）, the corresponding busbar current is 1250A, 2000A, 2500A, 3200A, 4000A，neutral grounding busbar N， PE is 60X10, drawer vertical busbar is 50X30X5 square shape copper busbar, all the busbar are Zinc-galvanized.

   MCC switchgear drawers have five specifications: 8E/4、8E/2、8E、16E、24E（1E=25mm）. The drawers have connecting position, test position, breaking position, moving position, separating position. Each drawer has mechanical interlocking device with switches, drawers can be drawn out or inserted only when the switch is open; thus the drawers can’t be drawn out or inserted when switch is closed. In order to prevent unauthorized operation, operation mechanical can use padlock to fix switch on the breaking position. Function unit drawers with the same specification can be easily exchanged with each other, every function unit drawer has 16-32 couple auxiliary contact correspondingly, which can realize remote control, electricity metering and automatic monitoring system connecting with internet.
